Well, I wouldn't call Pinock playing the Harpsichord solo in Brandburg
5_1 a tape-recorder. But then, he's Baroque trained. Classical training
does do this, but someone who plays baroque in the spirit for which it
was intended, with the verve, improvisation and energy that's required,
you suddenly get real soul. Hell, Pinock's solo is veritable heavy metal
- and let's be honest, a harpsichord at full tilt can probably beat a
distorted guitar from scranging scratchiness.
