Good point, and she doesn't have a static ISP.  It's the sort of thing where we
have a print-out of an email, she says, "you've made that up".  Then we show it
in the mailbox, she says, "you've made that up too".  If you can demonstrate it
really came from outside, from her (Spanish) ISP, that'll do.
