I read their blogs from a wifi connection in Starbucks.
I wish you'd stop making it up.

However, I have been trading in Kalahari Bushmen for some time now. I
buy and sell them on Ebay.
I can confirm that I only ever let them starve as a disciplinary
example to the rest of them if they start gadding about or fiddling
with their shackles.
This isn't the inhumane trade it may at first seem. The bushmen get to
see plasma screen televisions for the first time and are usually kept
very well. They are no longer chiefly used as slaves. Their primary
use is as a real life "rural man in big city" plot device that people
wish to add to their real lives.
My customers enjoy watching the bushmen pull faces in the mirror and
prod and run away from clockwork toys etc.
