Well, here's a few to start you off. There are more but you probably don't
need them. If you find research about low carbohydrate diets that talk about
dangers read them carefully..I'll bet you can't find a "scientific" basis
for the criticism (i.e. research)..The main bone of contention appears to be
centered around the fact that they go against received "wisdom".
