The documentary last night on Narcolepsy was both comic and tragic.

The inadvertantly comic bit was when the cameras were "fly on the wall" at
the meeting of the Narcolepsy Awareness group. They kept falling asleep!

"So, what do you think of this proposition?"

"Eh, what was that then?"

There was also a youngster (14) who just kept collapsing. It was
heartbreaking to watch film of her when she was a young child and to realise
just how disabling this condition was to her. She had a great set of
friends, 'though. Wish I did. Still, it makes me realise just how lucky I am
to be in sound health. Makes my problems seem petty.
