i maybe wrong, but does this mean you sell the dodery old granny the
service, which is actually supplied by BT? quite obviously you could,
as a business, do something about it, sell/ give dialler blockers to
your customers, seperate or packaged with the software for your
service. as could BT. the reason you and BT dont is obvious.
