And at what point did I say it was intentional? Generally, it is the result 
of a virus which has installed an illegal dialler. If you want to get down 
to brass tacks, surely the person who owns a PC should be resonably 
expected to protect themselves against such an eventuality.

When you've tried to negotiate a single thing with BT, come back to me.

Business practices? We've got a customer base of around 10 - 15k business'. 
how can we reasonably be expected to absorb thousands of pounds worth of 
debt? You see, good business practice is to not go under.

Also - it is impossible to cut off a customer automatically after 20 mins.
