They didn't do too well in Bali from what I hear from the people there
although we will know more in the morning. Security there has been ramped up
but in a particularly Indonesian army way. 4X4s with black glass that no
locals could possibly afford. Officials who stand out like a sore thumb.
They might as well have "Secret service" emblazoned over their jackets. Mind
you they do that in parts of the USA I believe, cuts down on friendly fire
accidents. Although whats to stop a terrorist wearing a jacket with FBI on
the back eludes me.

The locals are devastated though. They were just recovering from the last
one.

The targets almost guarantee that they will have killed mainly time share
touts outside Mataharis. The Westerners get out of that area ASAP so any
deaths there will have been very unlucky.

8 local time was a bit odd as well. The clubs are a bit well guarded now I
assume they were after early evening shoppers.
